New million dollar champions league will be started in October with million dollar offers for the winners. This league is not too different from the similarly named football tournament in Europe.

 Among people, this league topic is more common than any other topic. And the questions arise in their minds like, what type of controversies we will see in this league? How much entertainment and Bollywood stars associated with this type of new international league.

Inaugural champions league tournament involving the top two twenty-20 domestic sides from India, England, South Africa, Australia and Pakistan. Tournament will be run by all these, five cricketing boards and league will be backing by the I.C.C. The league was launched in the presence of cricket most powerful men likes, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and board members of the other countries. The tournament will feature 15 matches over 10 days, and will take place in India. Three venues have been selected for this tournament, with Jaipur and Delhi on the confirmed list and a decision pending between Mohali and Bangalore as the Third Venue.

B.C.C.I is not ready to accept those players, who are part of rebel cricket league (I.C.L). Around 25 cricketers playing in this rebel cricket, who also play in English counties as well, now England cricket board is in difficult situation.

In coming years teams will no longer have regional affiliation and all these teams will be own by corporate houses like, football clubs in Europe. They can trade players, appoint coaches and make best use of resources. Organizers want to extend it to the other countries in a couple of year’s time.

This champions league idea was originally forward by the same man, who is in charge of the project now, and the person is Lalit Modi . All these projects (I.P.L and Champions league) were fast-tracked when the zee-group launched his rebel cricket league in India.

Twenty-20 cricket started in England, than 20-20 world cup and I.P.L has become super hit among people. If this, champions league will become super duper-hit, than I.C.C must think about test cricket and put some spice in this format of the game also. So, that people never lost his interest in this type of five-day matches, where cricketer stamina, batting technique and real talent is tested.
