Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and Brain Charles Lara both are tremendously great players; however the competition that persists between them is very interesting. It is sometimes very difficult even for people from the cricketing arena to decide who is a better player.

To set world records in cricket scores with all positive spirit is very vital.  When it comes to the records of smashing the cricket ball to the boundary in Cricket News; there are the predominant names of Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara. To sustain with good Cricket scores in Cricket News, is tough. There is no doubt that in cricket coverage, both these players are outstandingly superb and can win over a cricket match single- handedly.

As far as Indian Cricket is concerned, Tendulkar is in his 19th year of international test cricket career. As compared to Lara’s towering 11,953 Test Cricket Runs in 131 Tests; Tendulkar has got 11,183 Test Cricket Runs in 141 Tests. This has been achieved in 213 innings by Lara and 223 by Sachin. In the International Cricket, it seems after breaking Allan Border’s record; Tendulkar is going to break Lara’s record. However it is not that easy. Lara has always been making mark in Cricket News, by his scintillating quadruple century against England, whereas Sachin is famous for his 143 not out, against Australia. Lara has got his double hundred against Australia, whereas Sachin managed to get 194 in Multan against Pakistan. There are many such instances where Sachin has missed Lara’s score for few points.

The matter of concern is how keen Tendulkar is in surpassing Lara in Test Cricket scores. Tendulkar is playing cricket since1989 and Lara is such a player who is a perfect contemporary to Tendulkar. Both of them never had complains against their fitness and were always dependable players for the team. As we see that in Test Cricket News, Lara holds the record of the highest individual score and on the contrary Tendulkar has made maximum centuries. It was on January 3, 2007, there came up the cricket coverage, when Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara had a neck to neck world record of runs of 5751 in 75 away Test matches and 5736 in 66 away Tests matches respectively. For Sachin, his only challenger is Lara for sure.

The Cricket scores in Cricket News have been well assessed and the declarations are made. It has been affirmed that Sachin Tendulkar is 171 runs behind Brian Lara’s test cricket world record for most Test runs that’s dynamic cricket coverage. There is a hope that in this test cricket, Tendulkar is more likely to meet this 171 runs in Sri Lanka and breaks Lara’s record. This is not all an easy job in international cricket scenario, but we can always wish him luck and can inspire him to bring the pride of world record in the cricket coverage to the Indian cricket news.
