Due to the globally exclusive nature of the doping case, Asif one the players of Pakistan Cricket Team was tested positive during The Domestic Indian Tournament - “Indian Premeir League” permitted by ICC. There was bound to be some sort of jurisdiction confusion on the final verdict of the matter that took place.

The concept of IPL (Indian Premier League) is a novel found dynamism in the world of cricket. The World Cricket was drastically affected for some time with the doping charges on Asif’s cricket life.      

Cricket360 cricket news included that the cricket medical committee scrutinized the form that was filled by Asif and various some other players before the test verified whether Asif has been granted or applied for exemption for drug found in the test sample. In addition, verification was also done to check whether Asif have been permitted or have applied for TUE- Therapeutic Use Exemption; however, Asif never applied for TUE. Besides, during the doping case cricket rumours were in the air that some other players as well are indulged in doping. Yet, it did not affect the cricket live score and overall cricket score of any of the IPL participants.

Cricket360 mentioned that it was the duty of the BBCI to tackle the process in a fair and timely manners in order to not to affect the world cricket, its cricket live score and the average cricket score of the players playing for their respective teams during IPL. However the article 15.3.1 in the WADA’s code state that during the case where the international player are confirmed positive in some another country’s tournament, then the regulations of the entire global governing body will deal the matter. Thus, the case remained delayed and is still one of the hot topics of the cricket news.
