With one task over, Dhoni is on his way to accomplish the next mission---the Tweny-20 world Championship. Dhoni is on team’s strategy ahead of the upcoming cricket tournament in England.
Count down has begun…India is on her way to defend her world title on the shortest format of cricket and Indian skipper Dhoni is all set to take the challenge to his stride. After Indian Premier League, it will be the Indian skipper’s next big challenge, but the Indian skipper is looking forward to the experiences in England. “Of course it is a pleasure representing your country after the IPL where you have limited talent in your side. But here we have plenty of options and we have the cream of the IPL so there is less pressure on each and every individual,” Dhoni told the cricket news media at Lord's here on Sunday. However, Dhoni dismisses the idea that Indian is going to represent a strong side after the month’s long struggle in Indian Premier League in South Africa. “When you are playing for your country the motivation level is high,” he said. “It’s a cruel game, the moment you relax, that’s the biggest mistake,” commented Dhoni. While asked about how his team that has won the first T-20 title for the country has changed over two years, he said that he have grown more grey hairs indicating his growing maturity about the game. “The plus point is that in the last three years there have been fewer changes in the side. The individuals involved have played 80 to 90 One-Day Internationals, helps me personally. I can pick ideas according to the situation. The fielding has evolved compared to what it was. We have raised the bar,” said a confident Dhoni.
