The news of Shoaib Malik being replaced as Pak captain by Younus Khan comes as no real surprise. After all the Pak team slumped to their worst ever defeat at the hands of the Lankans when they were all out for 75 and lost by a whopping 234 runs in the final one day international at Lahore and lost the series 2 – 1. Pakistan cricket board chairman Ejaz Butt said Malik lacked leadership against Sri Lanka and that his body language lacked positive body language as a leader.

Andrew Symonds will be shaving his famous dreadlocks in aid of a fund raiser event, World’s Greatest Shave. The Leukemia Foundation World’s Greatest Shave is one of Australia’s biggest fundraising events. 100,000 people across the country will shave or colour their hair. The funds raised will help the Leukemia Foundation to provide practical care and support to patients and families living with leukemia, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders. It will also fund research into better treatments and hopefully cures.
