Nowadays in international cricket it has become a trend to release ones autobiography. The latest to follow this is none other than the charismatic left hander batsmen Mr. Adam GilChrist. Now
after writing a book the important part is selling it and the easiest way to do this is to create sensationalism as what today's news channel do to increase trps.  Just like movies to create publicity you pick a well renowned person a person who is Preeminent in the concerned field and instead of praising him try to defame him to present him as if he is the worst human being alive on planet earth.
That is what Gilly has done. In order to sell his book he has chosen none other than the indomitable SACHIN TENDULKAR. Choosing the incident between bhajji and symonds at the Sydney test where sachin testified that bhajji didn't racially abuse symonds as the background gilly has lashed out at sachin calling him a bad sport or in other words a liar. First of all gilly must know that India as a country was ruled by British fro more than 150 years and during that time we were not only went through racial but through emotional , financial as well as physical abuse so no one in this world has the right to convict us as racist. We know what racial abuse is all about. Secondly Australians at that time were on a high bullying team around winning evry test and defeating every opponent which came across. But it was the Indian team which was acting as a barrier. So what does a bully do when threatened he reacts not in a subtle way but in an aggressive manner that what was seen at the Sydney test. Preplexed by the situation the Australians retorted to their old tricks trying to sledge and make the opponent angry so that he would commit some mistake I believe this is what the definition of good sport is in Australia. I believe what bhajji did was normal any human being when subjected to such a situation well respond in a similar manner . This backlash was a new one for Australians because they had never tasted their own bitter mecicine so what they do is a cry baby act they simply blow the situation out of proportion and try to show the world how goody goody and how law abiding they are. Men are these guys suckers or what! And last but not the least let us discuss about cricket and nation. Cricket though it is a kind of a religion will never be greater than nation . Given a choice I think every cricketer will choose country above cricket that what Sachin did even if bhajji did say something (Assuming) how can a patriotic person show his country in bad light. I don't know if gilly loves his country or not but every Indian does . So salute to sachin for standing with his team mate at the right moment. Come-on how can you take on someone a person who has given more that 16 years of his life time to this sport . And what he gets in response is such remarks from a person (who was a great batsmen and wicketkeeper) who didn't even give 10. sachin definitely is not liable to justify to do this. Because he knows the importance of remaining calm under such situations and not to call some press conference and sling mud on someone (as other have chosen to). And in the end I appreciate the way Gillys mind works like a hardcore capitalist and opportunist a person who has chosen the right time to release his book during the India Australia series . I hope IPL read his Autobiography and removes him as a captain of deccan chargers . A person who doesn't respect the feeling of an Indian doesn't have the right to lead a team comprising of Indians.
