It seems that a new laughter challenge has started with the onset of INDIA vs. ENGLAND series. The main Protagonist of this comedy show is none other than the England Team itself. The first match between India and England was just like watching a As usual our openers the two mighty pillars of Indian cricket played with gusto and knocked the English bowlers around as if playing a small kid bowling Under arm deliveries. Virender Sehwag was at its best and played some shots that can send a chill among bowlers. Gautam Gambhir also became a party popper for England cracking some magnificent shots all round the park. The result was a dream come true opening partnership for any team batting first. Every bowler was tried and tested by the England Captain Kevin Pietersen to get some sought of brakes on the piling runs. But to no avail the openers were cutting through England as like a hot knife through butter( ummmm). Finally Gambhir left but he did score a well played innings of 51 runs next was Sehwag but not before he had crucified every bowler in the England team attack with a blistering knock of 85. Everyone thought ok now it will be a normal one dayer match. But Glam boy Yuvraj Singh had some other plans he busted the English bowlers and was seen hitting sixes and fours at will. The way he played English bowlers it is quite easy to believe that he could have played it with a blind fold on. He was nicely supported by Suresh Raina and Captain marvel Mahendra Singh Dhoni himself. The duo (Yuvi+mahi) cracked up every ball they faced it was like watching a slaughter house with the Butcher duo hacking and cutting up the English lambs. Yuvraj finished with an unbeaten 138 his innings was like watching a highlights of a match the blistering knock comprised of 16 fours and 6 sixes and all of us know when yuvarj hits them he hits them huge. India finished with a mammoth total of 387 runs (by the way is this the highest score against England) it was believed that England is going to come out like a rampaging bull. But the Indian bowlers had a different plan except Kevin (made 63) no other English player was able to sustain there. Their was some quality bowling by the Indians not allowing any room to the English batsmen. The end result was England was bowled out for a measly 229 runs in comparison to Indians score of 387. What a defeat because defeat are of two type one is in which the losing team gives some sort of fight and the other one is a humiliating one. After such a crushing defeat their morale must be at the lowest now. Being a cricket fan though I would have loved to watch some sort of competition from the opponent team but on the other hand I Love watching comedy flicks too so I loved this one . I wonder if Freddie this time will be removing his shirt. The way things are going on can say if there will be any left to wear. Lets hope we watch some good performances from England Players.

The England team which has come to India with high spirits after defeating or I must say after Pummeling the South Africans has made a joke out of the first One day match against Indians (held at Rajkot). Before the beginning of the match it was predicted that this match will be a kind of clash of titans but all this predictions went in vain. What really happened was like watching a bunch of toddlers playing against a super power.
