Sreesanth, the fast bowler who is facing recurring injury problems, has been in Bangalore for the last few months for a rehabilitation programme at the National Cricket Academy.
However, the Kerela speedster has been getting into a lot of controversies. Last week, the bowler was in the news for the wrong reasons. A late-night party hosted by him for his friends in a rented flat in the city turned noisy and caused serious inconvenience to other residents, forcing them to lodge a complaint with the police against the cricketer and his friends. The latest we hear is that he has ambitions to become a movie star. Recently, Sreesanth was the cynosure of all eyes at the audio launch of the Kannada film Jolly Days, a remake of the trendsetting Telugu blockbuster Happy Days. Sreesanth bonded with Power Star Puneeth Rajakumar who said that the cricketer had the potential to be a big star as “he is a fantastic dancer.” Later, Sreesanth was seen in the company of sexy sirens Aiswarya Nag, Keerthi and a bevy of beautiful newcomers, all of whom will make their debut in the film.
