Flintoff, the third man in English History to have an ODI hat-trick in his kitty, paved the way for England in the fifth and final ODI match of their tour of West Indies to register a win and grab the series 3-2. The decider was reduced to 29 overs a side after rain delayed the play for almost four hours and chasing the English score of 172/5, Windies’ efforts could not reach home as they were all out for 126 runs with one more over to spare with.

Cricket review of the 4th ODI between West Indies and England played at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados: England won the rain-reduced match by 9 wickets, after Andrew Strauss hit 79 runs of 61 balls. Earlier West Indies scored 239 in 50 overs, but the total was reduced to a target of 135 in 20 overs by the D/L method, and Strauss swooped in on the target with 9 balls to spare.
